Lolab Rashtriya Rifles sector Has taken a nobel step of providing skill based training for unemployed youth of lolab in north kashmir. The training centre is being established in collabration with Mahindra Pride School , Srinagar As a part of cooprporate social Responsibility of mahindras. The first two centres at charkut and Gujjarpatti have commenced training from 09 september 2017. The opening event was headed by Brig Mohit Trivedi , SM Commander Lolab Rashtriya Rifles sector who spoke about the need of employment based training and jobs for youth of lolab. He also said that the youth need to converge their focous on their career which will eventually provide a standing to term in the society. This will meet aspiration of the youth to ensure convergence of demand and supply of skillsets. He added that this skill development centres is an effort of Army to connect with the youth and provide an eco system of jobs.Mr Gurpeet Manager , Mahindra Pride School was also in attendance and spoke abouth the plans Of mahindra to open these training centres in complete kashmir with support of Army. A total number of 80 student's have enrolled in the two batches being run at Army youth centre charkut and Army youth Centre Gujjarpatti. These youth after undergoing life skill and communication training will be screened as per their capability and selected youth will undergo further specialized training at centres all over the country. The unemployment will further ensured by mahindras.
