The Speaker Legislative Assembly, Kavinder Gupta today felicitated Anmol Sharma for bringing laurels to the state by excelling in Teen Fashion Icon contest and wished him success for his future.Anmol Sharma was honored and accredited at a program organized by Jammu Kashmir Medical Employees Federation for winning two titles of Mr Teen Fashion Icon 2017 and Mr. Teen India First Runner Up 2017.The speaker said that the youth of Jammu and Kashmir are excelling in diverse fields and showcasing their potential at highest levels. He reiterated the government’s resolve of empowering the youth by providing them with opportunities to identify their talent and pursue their interests in chosen fields.Kavinder Gupta said that he has full faith in the talent of younger generation and asked them to come forward with their suggestions and feedback on various welfare schemes being implemented by the government agencies for their benefit. He urged them to assist governmental efforts of generating awareness among the youth of far off areas as well to outreach the benefits equally across the regions of the state.Mr. Anmol Sharma, BBA student at Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar is the first youth from City of Temples who succeeded to reach the finale of the Alee Club's Miss. and Mr. Teen India contest.Prominent among others present were General Secy JKMEF, Vinod Kumar Sharma, Working President JKGPA, Ch Jarnail Singh, President Driver Cleaner Association, Anoop Singh, President Ministerial Staff Welfare Association and Mohammad Saleem Kulraj Bittu.
