A meeting of the Committee on Petitions of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly was held here today under the Chairmanship of MLA, Ch. Sukhnandan Kumar. Legislators, R S Pathania, Noor Mohammad Sheikh, Yawar Ahmed Mir, Mumtaz Ahmed Khan, Gulzar Ahmed Wani and Anjum Fazili were present in the meeting.The Committee discussed the petition given by Ayush Doctors Association Kashmir (ADAK) regarding the personal indulgence into serious scams and malpractices by Dr. Abdul Kabir Dar.After threadbare discussions on the petition, the Committee directed concerned authorities of Health and Medical Education to come up with detailed records of the enquiry conducted by the department along with observations in its next meeting.Among others, Secretary, Legislative Assembly, M R Singh, Additional Secretary, LA, Naseem Jan, Additional Secretary, H&ME K S Chib besides other senior officers of H&ME and Assembly Secretariat were present in the meeting.
