Minister for Information and Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA), Chowdhary Zulfkar Ali today inaugurated a three-day photo exhibition, to showcase the achievements of all the Departments in the district for the last two years. Around 1000 photos are put on display by 29 participating Departments for public view in the exhibition which will conclude on July 13.The photo exhibition portrays a holistic view of development scenario in the district and detailed information about various completed and ongoing projects, flagships programmes, besides status of implementation of socio-economic schemes of central and state government under implementation in the district.The Minister complimented District Administration for organising such a unique event to present government achievements. He directed the district administration to hold such exhibitions on regular basis so that government achievements could be projected in public view.The exhibition attracted a good number of visitors and more than 300 guests attended the function.Among others, DDC Rajouri Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, Director FCS &CA R. A. Inqalabi, SSP Yougal Manhas, Exens of various engineering wings, other senior officers of the district besides district and sectoral officers were also present on the occasion.
