Indian Eves Kiss Crown, Makes Malaysia Bite The Dust

Indian women Kabaddi team finally kissed the crown second time consecutively after dashing Malaysia to the ground. In the Final virtual one sided show down at the grand finale of women category of World Cup Kabaddi India emerged victorious crushing Malaysian team with the margin of 72-12  points. Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Parkash Singh Badal handed over record prize money of Rs. 51 lakh to the Indian team that was more than double that they got in the second edition of world cup Kabbadi whereas Malaysian team had to satisfy themselves with prize money of 31 lakh. The third position holder Danish women kabbadi team took the prize money of Rs.21 lakh, marking the thumping entry of Kabbadi in Europe.

India out classed Malaysia (72-12)

In the women final India thrashed Malaysia by the margin of 60 points. At the end of 1st half Indian team was leading with the difference 42-6 points. Raiders of Indian team Priyanka Devi, Priyanka Pilaniya and Sukhwinder Kaur got 13, 8 and 8 points respectively whereas stopper Jatinder Kaur amd Anu Rani bagged 11 and 10  points respectively.Malaysia’s raider Manpreet Kaur scored 4 points whereas stopper Rekha got 2 points respectively.
