State Vigilance Bureau Chief Director-cum-ADGP Mr B.K. Uppal has nominated Director-cum-IGP Mr G. Nageswara Rao as official spokesperson of the Bureau. Stating this Mr Uppal said Mr Rao would brief the press/media in respect of matters pertaining to registration of cases, searches conducted, traps laid, arrests made or convictions and other important issues of the bureau. He further informed that if any version/clarification on any issue related to the Punjab Vigilance Bureau was required, only the official spokesperson would brief the concerned persons.
