Deputy Inspector General of Police IRP, Vijay Kumar, held an interactive session with the officers and officials of IRP-15th Battalion here today.SSP (Commandant), Anita Sharma, highlighted the achievements of the battalion.Kumar appreciated the women staff for performing their duty with utmost sincerity and dedication saying that this Battalion is a unique Mahila Battalion in the State which has been raised to cater to the needs of womenfolk. The officers and officials were given an opportunity to project their suggestions to further streamline working of the Battallian.The DIG exhorted upon the employees to remain extra vigilant at their respective duty points to avoid any untoward incident. With regard to welfare measures, the officials were assured that due care will be given in this aspect to meet the aspirations of serving officials in future also.
