District Development Commissioner Shopian, Manzoor Ahmad Qadri, flagged-off an awareness rally under community motorization programme of Saakshar Bharat Mission (SBM) here today.The rally was flagged-off from mini-secretariat Shopian in presence of ADC Shopian, Principal DIET Shopian, CPO and other senior officers of the district administration.The aim of rally was to aware non-literates to participate in the fourth coming Learner’s Assessment Test (LAT) scheduled for March 19, 2017.On the occasion, the gathering was also enlightened about various aspects of the SBM.
