The DCW is dealing with such problems everyday.Women in Delhi are screaming desperately for help and we are working on finding solutions to their safety issues." Distributing awards to at least 30 women and some men, the DCW chief said: "Today, this is the time to glorify our unsung heroes, who have worked for the cause of women. We should take inspiration from them and recognize them."Maliwal also said that Mahila Panchayats would be introduced in Delhi."Very few places in India have such Panchayats as of now.
