Ludhiana College of Engineering & Technology, Katani Kalian organized career oriented guest lecture at its campus for the students .Key note speaker at the moment was commanding officer Col Rajiv Bagga .He guided the students to choose the armed forces as their career. They also told the students that while working in army ,navy, air forces students get chance to live better life. Students were also informed about the eligibility and related tests to join the forces and harmy recruitment process.Students were also given information how to prepare yourself before applying to army recruitment.Later, the students had an interactive session with the speakers & clear their doubts.After that, an aptitude test was also conducted which gave them an idea of the challenges they may face in order to fulfill their dream career at very young age. At the moment VK Gupta ,Chairman, LCET while encouraging the students to join arm forces and serving the country said that nowadays interest of people are lessen to join arm forces due to many other lucrative career but she informed students that Career in the armed forces holds the promise of bringing honour, glory, social reputation, and a privileged lifestyle.
