Aam Aadmi Party today slammed Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitely for shielding PPCC president Capt Amarinder Singh in his Swiss bank account case.Bhagwant Mann AAP campaign committee chairman today in a press statement said that Jaitely was paddling soft on Capt Amarinder Singh and making accusations against him in election speeches for the sake of mock publicity. He said that on one hand Jaitely was claiming that center government has evidence of Swiss bank accounts of Amarinder and on the hand not taking any action. If Jaitely has the evidence then who stopped him from arresting him,Even AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal has given account numbers of Capt Amarinder in Swiss bank, Mann added.Mann said that BJP,SAD and Congress are together against AAP but protecting leaders of each other. He said that BJP was not keen to proceed against Capt Amarinder, SAD has given clean chit to Capt Amarinder in corruption cases and in return Amarinder is helping SAD-BJP alliance. He said that Jaitely should tell the people if he has evidence what is the hitch in arresting Captain?
Mann said that BJP national president who today addressed rally in Amritsar didn’t even once mentioned the name of Capt Amarinder Singh and corruption cases against him and dedicated his whole speech to Arvind Kejriwal. He said that Prime Minister Narender Modi too made Kejriwal and AAP target in last two rallies in Punjab. Is this not surprising that BJP leaders fail to raise finger on Congress leaders?Mann further said that Modi and Shah had raised the issue that for security of nation people shall for SAD-BJP alliance. He said that people of Punjab were not slaves of BJP or SAD and BJP cant force them to tolerate their corrupt regime. The alliance government had ruined Punjab in ten years and Badal family members have become mafia dons.
