Scintillating performance by renowned Punjabi singer, Lakhwinder Wadali was a major attraction on the second day of Winter Carnival at Patnitop. Various other cultural programmes and sports activities like Snow skiing, snow zorbing, snow sledging and Tug of War were also organised on the second day of three day long carnival .CEO PDA Rakesh Sangral informed about the slew of activities lined up for the carnival and said that tourists in large number are visiting Patnitop to attend the programme.He said that the carnival will help in giving a boost to the Tourism sector.Joint Director Tourism Vishesh Pal Mahajan and other officers from the department were present on the occasion .
