A deputation of State Gurudwara Parbandhak Board, led by its Chairman Mr. Trilochan Singh Wazir, met Governor N.N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan.The deputation requested the Governor, Chancellor of the Jammu University, for the Guru Gobind Singh Chair being established in the Jammu University by the next academic session to mark Guru Ji’s 350th birth anniversary year.The Board also sought Governor’s intervention in the Minorities Commission being set up in Jammu and Kashmir.The deputation comprised Mr. Jagjeet Singh, Mr. Avtar Singh Khalsa, Mr. Harjinder Singh Raina, Mr. Mohinder Singh, Mr. Surinder Singh, Mr. Suchwant Singh and Mr. Davinder Singh.
