A National integration tour was organized by headquarter 10 sector Rashtriya Rifles under the aegis of Headquarter Kilo Force for the students from Pattan Tangmarg and wogur Tehsil to Delhi NCR. The tour was planned to enhance the exposure on various academic and skill development opportunities existing within the country. The tour aimed to expose these young impressionable minds to the world outside the Valley, providing them with an opportunities to increase their awareness.On 26 Dec 2016, the flag in ceremony was organised at Widdipura,Pattan which was attended by Army Officers and prominent civil personalities. Flagging in was done by Brigadier Shabih Haider Nanci, Commander 10 Sector Rashtriya Rifles.The c long tour was scheduled from 16 December 2016 to 25 December 2016. During this tour, the students visited various premier education hubs like IIT Delhi, Jamia Millia Islamia University, Army College of Medical Sciences and Pathways International School, Gurgaon.
For the Corporate sector exposure, they visited Dell International Office at Gurgaon, Radio Mitch FM Radio Station, Hotel Lemon Tree and Asia's biggest , Ambience Mall. To further enhance the capabilities, places of national interest like Akshardham Temple, Red Fort, Jana Masjid, Chandni Chowk, Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple and India Gate at Delhi were also visited.Finally the students returned and were welcomed by Brigadier Shabih Haider Naqvi in present of Commanding officer 29 RR & various family members and media persons. While interaction, students were seen full of enthusiasm and were eager to share their newly acquired knowledge and exposure.They shared that their experience would certainly help them in shaping their future as impressed by many students.Commander 10 Sector Rashtriya Rifles, also urged these budding minds to further share their experience with friends,siblings in school and villages. Commander concluded by stating that this experience is just a beginning and hereafter,it remaing personal choice to imbibe this motivation in shaping up your future.
