Former PDP leader and senior mainstream politician Tariq Hameed Karra Tuesday revealed that he was offered tones of rupees by the top brass of BJP to come forward and form government in J&K.Addressing a press conference here, Karra, who remains in news for his fresh political activities and is likely to either float a new political party or join Congress or National Conference (NC), said the reasons to quit from PDP was not what some people say that he was not given a ministerial berth, but there are multiple reasons, which he will reveal in the near future.According to KNS correspondent, the former PDP MP said BJP would try to go to any extent to save their government in Kashmir. “They (BJP) don’t want to lose power in Kashmir and can take any step for this even if they have pay crores for it,” he said.He said he rejected BJPs offer thrice-one when former CM Mufti Sayeed was alive and then twice after Mufti’s demise. “It is not any compulsion that I am against BJP. But I am by conviction against the policies of BJP and RSS.He said it is not ethical to reveal everything at this point of time, but in the near future he would reveal all the issue and reasons that forced him to quit PDP, the party of which he was among the founder and senior most members.
