Today on 14.12.2016, DLSA, SAS Nagar participated in "Two Days Legal Awareness Programme" organised by Punjab State Commission for Women" under the Chairmanship of Ms. Parmjeet Kaur Landra. In this programme, various speakers participated and gave information about different fields. Mrs. Monika Lamba, Secretary DLSA, SAS Nagar enlightened the audience, who were Sarpanches and Anganwari Workers about the free legal services and gave pamphlets to them, so that they can distribute them amongst the villagers after going back to the Vilage. They were told the benefits of Lok Adlalat, Permanent Lok Adalat, Legal Aid Clinics, NALSA Schemes, Mediation and Conciliation Centre. They were also inforemed to come to the office of DLSA for any kind of help or call Toll Free No. 1968.
