Former minister and senior National conference leader Mian Altaf Ahmed has castigated present PDP led government for neglecting twin district of Rajouri and Poonch , saying that the present government has failed to do anything for the welfare and development of the people of these areas in last two years.In a statement issued to KNS, Mian Altaf who concluded his two day tour to Rajouri district where the locals apprised the leader of their grievances particularly about the unemployment and developmental issue like lack of road infrastructure, power supply and water.“The present government has neglected the areas of Rajouri and Poonch districts as the areas are facing worst crisis of unemployment and development related issues” the statement added.Mian Altaf said that the present government only believes in photo sessions and press statements and no work is visible on the ground in these areas.Mian Altaf also said that the government has also failed to provide any relief to the affected people of firing across the border along LoC.
