Delhi Police has arrested four persons wanted in several criminal cases, including murder and attempt to murder in south Delhi, police said on Monday.The accused have been identified as Rohit Choudhary, 29, a resident of Aaya Nagar; Ravi, 29, a resident of Karol Bagh; and Anil Kumar and Rajesh Kumar, both 30-year-old and residents of Dakshinpuri, police said.On a tip-off, their car was intercepted by a Special Staff team in Dera village on Monday morning.Four pistols, 72 live cartridges, 20 mobile phones and a car they stole from Greater Noida area were recovered from their possession."Rohit Chaudhary graduated from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College of the Delhi University. He was also active in student politics during his college days. Later, he came in contact with anti-social elements and took to the wrong path," Deputy Commissioner of Police Ishwar Singh said.Anil Kumar earlier ferried school children in his cab. Later, after coming in contact with some anti-social elements, he started committing crimes.Rohit and Anil had a reward of Rs 50,000 on their head. They had been declared 'Proclaimed Offenders' by a city court, Singh said.Ravi who learned Monographic Designing but could not earn enough money, started committing crimes with some anti-social elements in Karol Bagh area.Rajesh Kumar worked with a CGHS dispensary in Pushp Vihar, but he committed a murder in 2006. He later met Rohit, Anil and Ravi in jail and joined their gang, police said.
