The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Wednesday accused the BJP-led central government of "misusing" Delhi Police, CBI and ACB against the "elected government" in Delhi.Addressing a press conference here, AAP leader Ashish Khetan urged Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Amit Shah to cooperate with the Delhi government and not to use the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Delhi Police and Anti Corruption Branch (ACB) to "harass" the AAP MLAs.Khetan, who is also vice-chairman of Delhi Dialogue Commission (DDC), alleged that while Delhi Police is always in a hurry to book and arrest AAP MLAs, it doesn't show the same urgency in pursuing the case further."Gulab Singh was the 14th AAP MLA to be arrested. But out of the 14 MLAs, Delhi Police has filed a charge-sheet against only one of them," he said.Delhi Police had filed charge-sheet against AAP MLA from Model Town, Akhilesh Pati Tripathi, last year in a case of rioting and assault. Tripathi was later acquitted of the charges.Khetan's remarks come after Gulab Singh, in charge of the AAP's affairs in Gujarat, got bail on Wednesday.

"While granting bail to Gulab Singh, the court reprimanded the police for not disclosing all relevant information while procuring a non-bailable warrant against him," Khetan said.He added that Gulab Singh had written to Delhi Police on October 10 that he will be available for questioning from October 18 onward after Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's rally in Surat."But Delhi Police did not inform the court about this letter while asking for the warrant," Khetan said.Gulab Singh, also an AAP legislator in Delhi, was arrested by the Delhi Police on October 16 in Surat -- ahead of Kejriwal's rally -- on a non-bailable warrant. The warrant was issued in connection with an extortion case after he failed to turn up for interrogation.
