Congress today blamed PDP BJP Coalition Govt for the losses confronting State especially valley due to unutilized funds allocated for development. The party castigated the State Govt or not holding ULB and Pachayats elections at a right time in the State, as a result, the funds in the State Plan allocated remains unutilized, the impact of which will continue to haunt the State for least ten years ahead.According to a statement issued to KNS, the Party also blamed Chief Minister for RSS Rallies in the Jammu province and asked her to come clear on RSS Activities.JKPCC Spokesperson accused the PDP BJP Coalition for deliberately undermining the authority of Democratic Institutions in the State, had the Election to Panchayts or ULBs were held at a right time, the funds allocated for development in the Plan could have been utilized 100%, through democratically elected institutions, but the political drama being staged by PDP BJP by enacting different stories, from time to time, has caused huge losses to the State in every respect.

He said the State is worst hit due to misrule by PDP BJP Coalition and there seems to be no end to the miseries of people.Squarely blaming Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti for the RSS Rallies being taken out in different parts of Jammu province, PCC Spokesperson accused the CM and her Party (PDP) for providing space to RSS in the State and taking directives from RSS Chief Mohan Bagwat, who happens to be the real architect of AoA between PDP BJP. PDP will have to answer people for backstabbing and betraying them for the sake of coming into the Power after securing votes.

He asked the Chief Minister to come clear on RSS Rallies, as the people reserves the right to know about the future of the State, for the fact, they have not voted to see RSS rallies and their dress code, they had voted for peace and development. Meanwhile, MLC and Vice President G. N. Monga while terming it a move to communalize the situation in the State sought clarity from the PDP especially Chief Minister of the State and warned that such type of drills on the part of RSS will further vitiate the atmosphere in the valley, which is on boil since more than three months. He said the BJP RSS is trying to communalize the situation and implement its communal agenda in the State with the full support of PDP which is fairly responsible for providing space to RSS in the State.
