A group of prominent personalities of Bollywood and electronics media today paid obeisance here famous shrine of Lord Shiva here at Shiv Khori. Chairman Censor Board, Pahlaj Nihalani, famous Singer, Hans Raj Hans, CEO MH One group, Mohinder Batla, Chairman cum Managing Director, Venus Records and Tapes Ltd Ganesh Jain, Vice President, ZEE Network Barkha Arora, and CEO Navgrah Channel, R.C.Raina visited the shrine. They were accompanied by President Hotel Association, Katra Rakesh Wazir.Earlier, Vice-Chairman SSKSB (Shri Shiv Khori Shrine Board) .Ravinder Kumar and CEO , SSKSB Mahesh Sharma received the dignitaries on behalf of the Shrine Board. A special Arti was organised for the guests by the Shrine Board.The visiting dignitaries were very much enthralled by the story narrated by the priest regarding the formation of holy cave after Lord Vishnu in the disguise of Mohini Avatar, killed Bhasmasur while Lord Shiva rested in this holy cave alongwith Mata Parwati and Lord Ganesha.The Vice-chairman SSKSB briefed the guests about development activities taken up for creating various facilities for the pilgrims visiting the Shrine.
Pahlaj Nihalani, while speaking on the occasion expressed happiness by participating in the special Arti of Lord Shiva and assured support from Bollywood in promoting the pilgrimage tourism of the shrine.Nahalani was thrilled by the natural formation of deities in the natural cave and mesmerizing natural beauty of the area. He assured launching of a creative concept by Bollywood to promote the pilgrimage of the shrine. He further promised to showcase the shrine in his forthcoming projects.On the request of Vice Chairman SSKSB, Mohinder Batla , CEO MH One Group announced live telecast of morning and evening Artis from the holy shrine on MH one News Channel.The CEO, Navgrah Channel informed that his channel shall be showcasing the shrine through a special documentary, while Hans Raj Hans, famous Punjabi singer told that he would initiate a new track which would highlight the holy shrine.The Vice Chairman also interacted with the pilgrims and enquired about various facilities being provided enroute to the holy cave.The visiting Pilgrims appreciated the facilities being provided by the Shrine Board. Meanwhile Vice Chairman directed officers to fast track completion of development works around the shrine and ensure cleanliness to maintain sanctity of holy shrine. He also inspected the helipad approach link and directed for early completion of the approach track linking helipad with the holy cave in a time bound manner.Bollywood dignitaries also appealed public not to pay heed to rumors and encourage people to visit the shrine in large numbers.
