Minister for Rural Development & Panchayati Raj and Law & Justice,Abdul Haq Khan  has directed executing agencies to speed up pace of work of various ongoing developmental projects for their time bound completion.The minister gave these directions today while inspecting  the major developmental projects under execution in the district .MLA Doda Shakti Raj Parihar, MLA Bhaderwah Dalip Parihar, Director RDD Pardeep Kumar, DDC Doda Bhupinder Kumar, SSP Doda Zahid Manhas, ADC Doda Hanief Malik, ACD Doda Sushil Kumar besides other distt officers accompanied the Minister.The minister who was on  his two day visit to the district inaugurated a newly constructed Panchayat ghar at Nalthi and a Culvert near panchayat ghar Pranoo, block Bhalla constructed at an estimated cost of 3 lac Rupees under MGNREGA 2015-16.  Mr khan also inspected the ongoing construction work of two motorable bridges over Neeru Nallah. He was informed that out  of Rs 2.52 crores, an amount of Rs 1.91 crore has already been spent on the construction of 54 metre span motorable bridge at Khulsari.  The minister also visited  the construction site of New court complex at Bhaderwah and directed the concerned agencies to complete the work at an earliest .

  While inspecting the construction work of approach road from Sartingal to Mounda bridge under state plan and 146 metre long Steel girder bridge over river Chenab at Shiva Dal, the Minster directed the executing agency (JKPCC) for judicious utilisation of allotted funds besides ensuring the quality of work and completion in a fixed time frame.Later Mr Khan visited the proposed site for the construction of Govt Medical College Doda where he was informed that the process of land acquisition has already been completed and an amount of Rs 3.50 crore has been released.The Minster also laid foundation stone of 2 km long Link Road from Malhori highway to Luni village to be constructed in convergence with CDF provided by  MLA doda.However, the Minister inaugurated a foot bridge at Chakwa nallah near Batote.Later, Mr. Khan chaired a meeting at Patnitop to finalize the arrangements for the visit of Chief Justice of India to Ramban district.DIG, Doda-Kishtwar-Ramban Range, Nisar Ahmad, District Development Commissioner Ramban Mohammad Aijaz, Director RDD, Pardeep Kumar, Principal District Session Judge, Ramban, Kalpana Ravo, SSP, Randeep Kumar, SSP Traffic Sanjay Kotwal and other senior officers attended the meeting.
