3-days Youth Festival of Punjabi University, Patiala-Fatehgarh zone having around 4000 students of 44 participating Colleges falling under Fatehgarh Zone along with today started at Aryans Group of Colleges, Chandigarh. Dr. M.P. Poonia, Director, NITTR was the Chief Guest; Dean, Punjabi University, Patiala, Dr. Kulbir Singh Dhillon was the Guest of Honour while Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group presided over the function.First Day of youth festival observed various Cultural and Non Cultural activities including Giddha, Classical Dance, Folk Song, Folk Instruments, Group Shabad, Classical Vocal, Gazals, Quiz, Clay Modeling, Rangoli, Painting etc.On the other hand over 1000 students, farmers, academicians, researchers, professionals etc. visited “Aryans Tech Fest”. Solar Fest, Science Fest, Industrial Training Fest, Robo Fest, Agro Fest, IT Fest etc. were the main attraction of this fest.

Dr. M.P. Poonia while appreciating the efforts made by Aryans in hosting the Golden Jubilee of this fest at its campus. He welcomed and appraised the participating students from distant colleges for showcasing their talents in various activities.

Kulbir Singh Dhillon while speaking on the ocassion said that such festivals prove helpful in the development of language, literature & culture and give a hilarious boost to student activities. The event provided a platform for the students to showcase their talent and share their knowledge in various cultural, technical and educational fields.Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group, said The Festival is a unique platform for young talent and a celebration of youthful creativity and innovation. Kataria added, such festivals build self-esteem and confidence of the youth. Their creativity is developed and honed in these competitions. 

Aryans College of Education, Rajpura, Aryans Degree College (ADC), Baba Zoravar Singh Fateh Singh Khalsa Girls College, BIBI Sharan Kaur Khalsa College, CCE, Cordia College Sanghol(CCS), Dolphin College of Life Science Chunni, Goswami Ganesh Dutta Sanatan Dharma College, Govt College-Dera Bassi, JLNGC for women, Maghi Memorial College for women, Mata Gurji College, Patel Institute of Management & Technology, PMNC, SUS Tangori, SMT Jawala Devi College of Edu, University College of Chunni Kalan etc participated in the first day.
