Mr. H.K. Verma, Chief General Manager Telecom (CGMT), Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, J&K Circle, called on Governor N.N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here today.Mr. Verma briefed the Governor about the functioning of the BSNL in the State and the measures being taken for improving the landline and mobile phone services and internet connectivity in the State. The Governor stressed the urgency for BSNL to utilize the latest technologies to bring about continuous improvement in the telecommunication services being provided to the people, particularly in the remote and far-flung areas of the State.
