All Party Delegation meets Governor

Governor N.N. Vohra had discussions with the All Party Delegation (APD), led by Shri. Rajnath Singh, Union Home Minister, which is on a two day visit to the State, here at the Raj Bhavan this evening. The Governor briefed the Delegation about the obtaining situation in the State and some of the measures which need to be taken for the restoration of peace and normalcy.The delegation comprised Shri Arun Jaitley, Union Finance Minister; Shri Ramvilas Paswan, Minister of Consumer Affairs & PD; Dr. Jitendra Singh, Minister of State for the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, Prime Minister Office; Shri Ghulam Nabi Azad (INC); Shri Mallkarjun Kharge (INC); Shri Anandrao Adusa (Shiv Sena); Shri Thota Narasimham (T.D.P); Shri Prem Singh Chandumajra (S.A.D); Shri Biswajit Dalmary (B.P.F.); Shri Tariq Anwar (NCP); Dr. P. Venugopal (AIADMK); Prof. Saugata Roy (AITC); Shri Dilip Tirkey (BJD); Shri Sitaram Yechury, (CPI(M)); Shri Jay Prakash Narayan Yadav (RJD); Shri D.
