District Development Commissioner Ramban, Mohammad Aijaz took stock of progress for ongoing construction work of NHW four laning project, Nashri tunnel and condition of the National highway.ADC, Babu Ram, Project Director NHAI Jammu M.T Attarde, Project Manager IL&FS J.S Rathore, G.M. Gammon India Shri Krishna, Project Manager HCC Amit Srivastavo, GM Navyoga Satya Narrayan accompanied the DDC during the visit.The DDC while inspecting the ongoing works on National Highway project, directed the concerned authorities to speed up the work so that prestigious project is completed in prescribed time.
The DDC instructed the revenue officers to extend full cooperation to the construction agencies to remove any bottlenecks impeding the project execution. The DDC was also apprised about other issues related to the four laning works out of which some were resolved on the spot besides directions were issued to the concerned officers in rest of matters.He also directed the concerned agencies to ensure proper upkeep of High way and proper quality checks during repair works.
