To commemorate the anniversary of desecration of ‘Jamia Masjid’  Srinagar, a meeting was held at the residence of senior Hurriyat senior leader and president Anjuman-e-Shari Shian Aga Syed Hasan in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district.During the meeting anguish was expressed the way India troopers have been desecrating mosques across Kashmir and it was decided that massive protests will be organized in case India continues to target religious places of Muslim community. The participants in the meeting termed the action of the Indian troopers as a direct attack on the Islam and urged upon the Muslim community to take appropriate measures to keep the marauding forces on bay.During the meeting the speakers condemned the Indian atrocities in Valley and said that India is killing innocent civilians and such actions will have serious ramifications.

The ban on Friday congregational prayers, the ransacking of house, random arrests and killings of innocent people clearly indicate that Indian troopers are here to kill and main Kashmiri population,” the speakers added. While condemning the continuous house detentions and arrests of separatist leader, Aga Syed Hasan who is also under house arreat from past 48 days demanded the immediate release of employees leaders. During the meeting people were asked to impart education to children at houses and start schooling at houses. “The speakers said that Kashmir is a dispute and political issue that needs to be addressed without any delay. People are not going to accept cosmetic measures taken by government of Indian and they are not interested in employment and development but interested in the resolution of Kashmir issue,” they said and added till freedom the agitation against India will continue.
