DPI Hands Over Appointment & Station Allotment Letters To 48 SLAs

The DPI (Secondary Education) Mr. Balbir Singh Dhol today handed over appointment and station allotment letters to the 48 Senior Lab Attendants (SLA) as part of the recruitment drive of the education department. All the newly recruited SLAs were shown the list of vacant stations after which the stations according to choice were allotted. The selection of these SLAs has been executed by Subordinate Staff Selection Board (SSSB).In a brief but impressive function held at DPI (SE) office Mohali, Mr. Dhol said that under the dynamic leadership of Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema, Education Minister and able guidelines of Mr. G. Vajralingam, Principal Secretary, Education Department has achieved the mile stone by recruiting record numbers of Lecturers, Teachers, Art and Craft teachers, SLAs, Clerks while the process for the recruitment of Teachers, DPEs, PTIs, ETT teachers is underway. Besides the promotions of different cadre posts has been cleared.DPI (SE) Mr. Dhol further said that the department is engaged in recruiting teachers of all subjects and he sincerely hopes that with these recruitments there would not be any vacancy left pending in any of the government schools. On the occasion, Director (Administration) Mrs. Gurpreet Kaur Dhaliwal was also present.
