Dukhtaran-e-Millat Chief, Syeda Aasiyeh Andrabi Monday termed the arrest of Syed Ali Geelani and Mirwaiz Ummar Farooq as a shameful act of the Government. In a statement to CNS she said that claim of Indian rulers and politicians over Kashmir as its integral part proves to be hoax by such actions. “If they really believe in their claim, they (India) would never ever stop Kashmiri oppressed people and their leaders to come on roads out of fear and frustration and place them under detention or even kill them.”DeM Chief further added that India has added one more black chapter in her tyranny in Kashmir by stopping the Islamabad Chalo March by un- precedent use of tyrant force.Aasiyah Andrabi advised the Ministers and Politicians of India to learn political maturity from respected Sartaj Aziz, Political Advisor to PM of Pakistan how he responded to unrealistic statement of Sushma Sawraj by realistic statement based on facts and history by saying “Verdict on the future of Kashmir can only be given by the people of Kashmir and not by India”. She said that it is due to such position of Pakistan that not only our hearts are filled by the love of the country but we hoist the flags at each nook and corner of oppressed land and declare that we hate India and its flag.
DeM Chief, said that now it is incumbent on India to read the writing on the wall “The time for accepting Jammu &Kashmir as disputed area and acceptance of right to self-determination of the oppressed people of J&K” Aasiyah Andrabi, while hailing the resilience of oppressed people of the valley in which 56 people have been martyred and thousands have been injured, said, has failed to bring down the sprit and determination of the oppressed people. She further added that people are continuously encouraging the leaders to continue the present resistance as they have decided to sacrifice their present for the future where shackles of Indian slavery does not exist.Aasiyah Andrabi while referring to the comments of Rajnath Singh that India wants to develop “emotional relation with Kashmiri” informed him that these are his wishful dreams which will never come true as the oppressed people of the valley have already aligned emotionally with the Pakistan which came into existence on the sacrifices of lakhs of Muslims of the subcontinent.
