Actress Dheepa Ramanujam, last seen in the Tamil hit drama "Pichaikkaran", has been roped in to play Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu's mother in his upcoming yet-untitled Tamil-Telugu bilingual. It will be directed by A.R. Murugadoss."Dheepa has been signed on to play Mahesh's mother in the film. Her role in 'Pichaikkaran', where she played a mother, appealed to the masses and Murugadoss felt she'd be perfect for his film too. She will join the first schedule of the film in August," a source from the film's unit told IANS.The film, to be produced by Tagore Madhu, also stars Rakul Preet Singh.The makers are yet to finalise rest of the cast.
