At least five CRPF personnel and two militants were Saturday killed while a dozen of CRPF troopers’ sustained injuries after suspected militants attacked a paramilitary convoy in Frestbal, Pampore area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.CRPF spokesman, Bhavesh Kumar Choudhary told KNS, “Two militants were killed in the exchange of gunfire at Pampore while five CRPF personnel’s were also killed.”He said that nearly 20 CRPF personnel were also injured in the attack. “The injured have been shifted to hospital,” he said.An official told KNS that the suspected militants attacked CRPF convoy passing throw Pampore town, adding that the identification of the militants is yet to be ascertained.
