Minister for Technical Education, Moulvi Imran Raza Ansari today informed the House that the construction of Polytechnic at Karihama Kupwara is under execution at an approved cost of Rs. 13 crore against which the Central share of Rs. 8 crore has been utilized in full.Replying to a question by Mr. Bashir Ahmed Dar, the Minister said that 85% work of ground floor has been completed including brick work. He said that 50% slab work of first floor has been completed adding that plinth, columns works of the workshop block have also been completed, while as 90% walling has been finished upto the ground level.
