Minister for Law and Justice, Abdul Haq today said that the matter regarding promotion under Reservation Quota for categories is sub-judice with Supreme Court.The Minister said the issue will be considered as and when the judgment of Supreme Court in this regard is pronounced. The Ministers said this while responding to the issue raised by some members in the HouseMr Nawang Rigzin Jora, Mr Asgar Ali Karbalie, Mr Deldan Namgyal, Dr. Krishan Lal, Mr Dina Nath, Mr Neelam Kumar Langeh, Shah Mohammad Tantray, Ch Mohammad Akram, Mr Javed Ahmed Rana, Ch Qamar Hussain, Raja Manjoor Ahmed and Mr Jewan Lal raised the issue in the House and demanded discussion on it.
