Minister for Health and Medical Education Bali Bhagat today, replying to a question of Naresh Kumar Gupta, informed that the Government is making all out efforts to provide rationalized staff in correlation with patients rush in the hospitals and to make them functional round the clock.The Minister informed that an amount of Rs 1 crore has already been released to the Managing Director, JK Housing Board for repair/renovation
/ remodeling of old building of SDH Bhaderwah for establishment of MCH wing. Bali Bhagat informed that Rs 1.67 crore has also been released during last financial year for establishment of ANM School at Bhaderwah, saying that the work is likely to start and further action to commission it shall be taken after completion of the civil works.The Minister informed that 10 Blood Banks are functioning in Jammu division, of which 8 blood banks are functioning in the Government Hospitals and 2 in Government Medical College, Jammu.
