Congress to intensify fight against RSS, PDP: G.A. Mir

Congress today termed the Anantng By-Election as a fight against divisive politics of RSS and BJP and has that it will continue to expose the anti-people policies of PDP-BJP Coalition Govt. Congress won’t allow PDP to play with the emotions of people for the sake personal benefit and political mileage as it did during   2014 Elections.Addressing the First Election Management Meeting of J&K Pradesh Congress Committee at Anantnag on Tuesday, JKPCC Chief G.A. Mir described the Anantnag By-Election as the fight between the divisive policies of RSS and urged upon the people of Anantnag to defeat the divisive politics of  BJP and  RSS by voting against PDP in these elections. Stating that Congress will continue to fight against the  anti-people and wrong Policies of Coalition Govt, G.A. Mir castigated  PDP for betraying the people after securing votes in 2014 Elections. 

He said PDP has let down the people by aligning with the BJP for the fact PDP secured votes on the pretext of keeping BJP out of power, then the same party aligned with the BJP and RSS for the sake of Power. He accused PDP for indulging in politics of opportunism.PCC Chief appealed people of Anantnag to ensure the victory of Congress Candidate Hilal Ahmad Shah with a thumping majority, as it the Congress party alone which can defeat divisive politics of BJP and RSS.Speaking on the occasion former PCC President Peerzada Mohd Syed who is also the Chairman of Election Committee said that Congress Party has always been at the fore front about seeking resolution of the people’s problems and has served them (people) to the best of its ability.He said Anantnag by-poll is the opportunity for the people of Anantnag to decide the fate of RSS backed PDP which has let down the people by surrendering its principles & ideology before the RSS.Speaking on the Occasion Former Minister and Sr. Leader Taj Mohi U Din who is also the Party’s observer for Anantnag By Election said that  this is the right time for the people of Anantnag to defeat the RSS and its ally PDP, which has betrayed the Electorates by playing with their emotions.
