Why have you come here?”Choudhary Yaseen Poswal General Secretary Gujjar Bakerwal Conference demanded stern action against the minister. He further said that Gujjars of Jammu and Kashmir are not in the same position as they were in 1947.

“The minister should remind the Government to return the encroached land of Gujjars encroached in 1947 massacre,” he said.“The statement reveals the real face of RSS-led Govt and the conspiracy of the Govt against the Gujjar community and such acts are repeated from time to time to free Jammu from Muslims and Saroore incident, eviction drive against Gujjars in Gole Gujaral, Sidhra, Reka are some of the conspiracies against Muslims in Jammu.”Poswal warned the minister for his alleged drive against the Gujjar community of the state in the name of Forest eviction drive. He said that nomads Gujjars and Bakerwals unnecessarily being harassed and they are not allowed to move freely on their traditional routes during their migration which is forcing the community to abandon their tradition occupations and to come on roads in protest.
