To review the performance of Jammu Kashmir Rural Self Employment Training Institute (JKRSETI) Kulgam, a District Level RSETI’s Advisory Committee (DLRAC) meeting was today held under the chairmanship of District Development Commissioner Kulgam.The meeting was attended by ADC, District heads of allied departments, District Lead Bank Manager and Director RSETI.The Director RSETI gave detailed information about the performance of the institute in the last financial year and said that 268 candidates were imparted skill development training in different sectors like pisciculture, dress designing, aari, embroidery, composite farming etc. He also informed the meeting that 25 training programs were conducted by the institution for 755 candidates in the last financial year. The overall settlement rate of trainees hovers around 51% and the credit linkage like   settled candidates is around 30%. Deputy Commissioner asked the Director RSETI to explore new courses for training the students.
