Hundreds of traders of the west constituency, took out strong protest Vishal rally on the Sarwal, New Plot, Rehari, janipur High court road under the leadership of Sunil Dimple president Jammu west assembly movement against the ERA PWD R&B, JMC ministries, for the worst condition of the, Sarwal, New plot, Rehari, Rajpura Mangotrian, Baksi Nagar, Talb tiloo and all the roads of west assembly constituency road badly damaged, no development, basic amenities and the worst traffic problem and pollution in the west constituency. People raised slogans and demanded resignation from the sitting MLA of the constituency.Addressing the protestors Sunil Dimple alleged that no development is taking place in the Jammu city and particularly in the west assembly constituency, where all the development is at halt and this is the largest constituency of the state.Dimple said the ERA, PHE, PWD R&B ministers that all the roads connecting Sarwal, Rehari, new plot and of the west constituency are damaged, dust pollution has damaged the show rooms, business goods worth lakhs of rupees and is also causing pollution and the fatal breathing diseases for the people.
Dimple served one week ultimatum to the ERA, PWD R&B, JMC and the BJP-PDP Govt that if the black topping of all the west constituency roads not completed by 15 May the Jan andolan will be started.Dimple urged the chief minister Mahbooba Mufti to start the construction of flyovers at Rehari chungi, Jewal Chowk. He said in the west constituency every day serious accidents are taking place.He demanded the Mahbooba Mufti Govt. for the construction of alternative four way circular road from Amphalla Manda to high Court Janipur to Roop Nagar, to Bantalab.Jewal Chowk to Talab tillo bia bhagwati and for the widening of the Jewal chowk to Purkhu Akhnoor Road.He said chief minister that the Amphall Janipur road has turned in to the accidental road, due to PWD R&B dividers and every day accidents take place he demanded for the florocil color paint on the dividers to be visible at night.Dimple demanded for the CBI inquiry of the funds allotted to ERA and PWD R&B for the merchandising black topping of the Jammu city roads and to solve the traffic problem of the Jammu city. As the tenders called by the PWD R&B for the black topping is at very higher rates.Sunil Dimple coming down heavily on the JMC Jammu municipal corporation said the JMC has converted the whole Jammu city in a city of garbage, dumps and a slum city.He alleged Xns JMC engineers only flatters MLAs and organize the photo session with out any implementations of the beautification projects of the Jammu city.Dimple also alleged that the residents of the west constituency are not getting basic amenities, acute sacristy of drinking water no work on the construction of the chinav water project, power cuts, worst traffic problems and condition of the lanes, drains and the ERA has badly damaged the whole constituency.
He said PHE pipes laying work by the ERA is at slow snail pace and the roads have been damged badly.He demanded Chief Minister Mahbooba Mufti to provide free drinking water to the people of the state. He demanded Govt to stop installing water meters on the water connections. He said BJP has started selling drinking water which promised for the return of Achey Din.Dimple demanded chief minister and the PHE minister to start the workon the Chinav water supply scheme.He demanded chief minister for the CBI inquiry of the funds allotted to ERA AND PWD R&B for the merchandising black topping of the Jammu city roads and to solve the traffic problem of the Jammu city.
