In order to discuss various issues related to Public Services Guarantee Act (PSGA), a meeting of concerned officers was held under the chairmanship of the District Development Commissioner Bandipora here today.The officers of Revenue and other departments were directed for timely disposal of applications and timely submission of information under PSGA to Deputy Commissioner Office Bandipora so that such cases are disposed off within the prescribed period. It was impressed upon the officers that public grievances or claims shall be disposed off with the prescribed time frame under PSGA.
On this occasion, the officers of Revenue department were directed to provide RBA, PRC and other category certificates under PSGA within the prescribed time to DC office for early solution.Besides tehsildars and other officers from relevant departments, ACR Revenue, Bandipora also attended the meeting.
