Minister of State for Tribal Affairs, CA&PD, Relief & Rehabilitation, Finance and Planning, Mr Ajay Nanda Wednesday convened a meeting to review functioning of Tribal Affairs Department. Discussion was held on different issues related to Tribal Affairs especially creation of field staff, scholarships for Tribal students and launching of new website for Tribal Affairs Ministry.The Minister directed the officers to issue a circular regarding Tribal Sub Plan (TSP) according to the guidelines of NITI Aayog as per the population percentage of schedule tribes in the different districts of the State .He also stressed upon the officers to work with zeal and dedication for the betterment of tribals.The meeting was attended by Commissioner Secretary, Tribal Affairs and other concerned senior officers.
