Fulfilling the long pending demands of the locals, Minister for Health & Medical Education, Bali Bhagat today kick started the blacktopping work of 3-kilometer road stretch from Pata Bohri chowk to Santra More to be executed at an estimated cost of Rs. 3.74 crore. MLC Surinder Amberdar and large number of prominent citizens of the area were also present on the occasion.Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said that the present PDP-BJP Government headed by Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti is committed to ensure overall development of each corner of the State, with special focus on essential sectors like road, power, health, education and PHE. He said all the developmental initiatives will be fast paced and completed in a time bound manner. He sought cooperation from the people in ensuring speedy development of their areas and asked them to come forward and personally supervise the quality of works.The Minister directed the engineers to strictly maintain the quality of works as per the specifications and complete the same in a time bound manner.
