Governor N.N. Vohra, Chancellor of Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology-Kashmir has conveyed his compliments to Prof. Nazeer Ahmed, Vice-Chancellor, on being informed that six Assistant Professors of this University have been selected by the University Grants Commission for the Raman Post Doctorate Fellowship at different institutions of USA. He congratulated each of the six teachers for winning this prestigious Fellowship.The Governor was also very happy to learn from Prof. Ahmed that the Indian Council of Agricultural Research has provided the University financial support of nearly Rs. 300 lakh for implementing different developmental activities and the Tribal Agri Entrepreneurship Training Programme at Gurez, Kargil, Zanskar, Leh, Nubra and Nyoma.
