Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Jammu and Kashmir Sunday organized public awareness membership drive at hotel Lala Rukh and the public gathering was addressed by the state in-charge of party, Gulab Singh Yadav who was accompanied by Secretary to the parliamentary education of Delhi, Praveen Kumar. In a statement issued to KNS, AAP JK said that hundreds of people throughout the valley participated in the membership drive.“The political situation prevailing in the state was discussed and how to adopt the measures to strengthen the roots of AAP in the valley,” spokesman said.Later on, an important meeting was organized which was presided by Talha khan in which AAP finalized the list of members joined party which will be published within two days.Muhammad Younis Naik, Inchagre Kashmir, Javaid Ahmad Bhat POC South Kashmir, Imtiyaz Alam, G M Sidiq Poc Centre Kashmir, Suhail Haqani, Ashiq Hussian Ganie, Poc North Kashmir Dr Suhail Nazir, were also present in the meeting.
