135 Nirankaris donate blood at the Blood Donation Camp organized by Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation in the Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Ganesh Murthy Nagar, Navy Nagar, Colaba on Sunday, 16th September, 2012. The Blood Bank of Lokmanya Tilak Hospital (Sion) collected the blood.This camp was inaugurated by Hon.Smt.Annie Shekhar, MLA. Local Corporaters Shri Vinod Shekhar and Smt.Anita Jadhav were also present at the occasion. All of them appreciated the Missions Selfless Services towards humanity. Rev.Jiti Anand Ji, local Sector Incharge of the Sant Nirankari Mandal played vital role to organize the camp with the help of local Nirankari Sawa Dal Unit. An Eye Camp was organized jointly by Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation and Haji Bachuali Charitable Trust Hospital at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Dadar on the same day i.e. Sunday, 17th September, 2012 wherein 100 people were checked for eye diseases. Out of them 27 were detected for Cataract and were recommended for free Cataract Operation to Haji Bachuali Charitable Hospital. The Eye Camp was inaugurated by Hon.Mayor of Mumbai Shri Sunil Prabhu. Rev.Virendra Bamne Ji, Zonal Convener of the Mandal, Rev.Satbir Singh Ji, Sector Parmukh, Rev.Gopinath Bamugade, Sector Parmukh and Rev.Chandrakant Jadhav, Editor, Sant Nirankari (Marathi) were also present at the occasion. Mayor Shri Prabhu was impressed by the Social and Spiritual work of the Mission all over the world. He congratulated the organizers and extended his best wishes for the Services of the Mission towards humanity. Smt.Prema Oberoi, Coordinator for Social Welfare activities of the Mandal in Mumbai played vital role in the organization of the camp with the help of Rev.Bhupendra Singh 'Dilwar', Sewadal Sanchalak of the local unit of Nirankari Sewadal.
