A deputation of Deaf and Dumb today called on Speaker J&K, Legislative Assembly and MLA, Gandhi Nagar, Kavinder Gupta today.President, Vinod Kumar, Vice-President, Krishan Kumar Kesar, General Secretary, Bushan Kesar along with his team apprised the Speaker about the problems being faced by the persons who are suffering from this disease.Kavinder Gupta gave a patient hearing to the members of the association and said that he will take up the matter at the appropriate level for the opening of specialized speech therapy centre in the state.
