DDC Kathua, Ramesh Kumar chaired a meeting of Rent Assessment Committee at Conference hall of DC Office Complex here,Today.During the meeting, DDC who is also Chairman of Rent Assessment Committee held threadbare discussion with officers of different departments which have hired private accommodation for offices. A total of 31 Rent Assessment cases of 14 different departments were put up before the committee under Revision of Rent Assessment. Out of total 31 cases Committee approved 29 cases whereas 2 cases were deferred.XEN PWD Kathua Parshotam Kumar (Member Secretary Rent Assessment Committee), members and officers of concerned department were also present on the occasion.
