State Convener INTACH calls on Governor

Salim Beigh, State Convener of the Indian Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH), called on Mr. N.N. Vohra, the Governor, at Rajbhavan.Mr. Beigh briefed the Governor about the progress achieved in the cultural resource mapping of the historical city of Srinagar and preparation of the Heritage map of the city and also about the to-date status of the restoration and conservation of the Mughal Gardens of Nishat, Shalimar and Achabal.
