Kishtwar BJP condemns idol theft at Marwah temple

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Kishtwar today condemned  the theft of idol and cash from a temple at Changer Marwah.Addressing a hurriedly called press conference here today today,BJP National Youth Executive Member Sunil Sharma slammed the government for their failure in protecting and safe guarding the religious places of Hindu community in Kishtwar District. He  said ,despite presence of security picket in nearby area, the miscreants successfulyl managed to carry out the theft from the temple. He said that with today,s incident of theft from the temple,  it clearly proves that government has failed to give adequate security to temples and religious places belonging to minority Community.  He said that during militancy,  the same temple was burnt twice and added that the move is politically motivated.

Sunil Sharma  said that some politicians belonging to a particular party might be behind the incident and demanded an investigation through senior police officer to unmask the miscreants involved behind this heinous crime. He said that with today's incident,  it comes to fore that some miscreants with political backing are roaming free to create unrest in Kishtwar District after the recent clashes in Kishtwar District in which the minority community suffered heavy losses.

He also demanded  immediate arrest of the culprits involved behind today's theft. He said that some politicians in Kishtwar District are working day and night to defame the BJP. He said that BJPs political opponents are in deep shock over the growing popularity of BJP in Kishtwar and Doda District. He said that these miscreants, by doing such act ,are trying to test the nerve of minority community and appreciated  people from minority community for having  acted cautiously today without  reacting to the incident.  He hailed the efforts of minority community people for maintaining peace and communal harmony despite the fact that the Marwah incident has heart the sentiments of the community.  He warned the police and administration about such incidents in future.
