The Punjab DeputyChief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal today said that Congress led UPA Government should stop arm-twisting of state government forcing them to levy more taxes on common man.In a media interaction at the residence of Gurbachan Singh Babbehali, Chief Parliamentary Secretary after laying the foundation stones of a 66KV Substation and Bus stand at Gurdaspur, Badal said that it was unfortunate that Congress led UPA Government was laying pre-conditions for releasing the legitimate share of state in the central taxes.
