Minister for Agriculture, Ghulam Nabi Lone Hanjura while replying to a question by Ajatshatru Singh on behalf of the Chief Minister in the Legislative Council today said that during last 6 years Rs 1.82 crore have been received from Union Ministry of Environment for development of Surinsar-Mansar Wetland, out of which an expenditure of Rs 1.38 crore has been incurred.The Minister informed the House that the lakes are being developed by Forest department.Romesh Arora, Firdous Tak and Surinder Mohan Ambardar raised supplementaries to the main question.
